Originally designed to showcase the quality, detail and design capability of HiVis Built, this home captured attention from the moment it was completed. Its bold yet welcoming presence reflects the essence of modern Tasmanian living.

Striking Barn-Style Architecture

The exterior makes a confident statement with its strong gable roofline and clean architectural form. Vertical cladding enhances the height and visual impact, while oversized glazing allows natural light to pour into the interior spaces.

A carefully balanced palette of brick, dark cladding and crisp detailing creates contrast and depth. The timber-look garage door introduces warmth, softening the darker façade and delivering a refined modern rural aesthetic — perfectly suited to Kingston and its surrounding landscape.
